My journey with the raw food vegan lifestyle started at age 56 on Dec. 3, 2013. I am mostly raw, but do have just a few items at times that are vegan, but not raw. Will share some things I make here and some thoughts about my journey.

Cold Raw Soup - Mixed Fresh Veggies
Blend in a blender: 2 red bell peppers, 2 tomatoes, 1 large cucumber, 2 celery stalks and about 1/4 cup chives and one garlic clove. Tastes good as a soup with some celery dipped in it. Very refreshing for a hot day out. (You could add some grated zucchini into it and I bet that would taste good, too.)
