Easy Nut Spread - Spread on Triple Decker Veg Sandwich

EASY NUT SPREAD INGREDIENTS:

About 1/2 to 3/4 cup of ground almonds (raw almonds soaked overnight and ground up fine in food processor/chopper)

1 T of cold pressed olive oil
1 T of lemon
Shake in some salt free seasoning and some sea salt (I know contradicting.)
1 T of some nutritional yeast
1 T of chia seeds
A little shake of soy sauce
A little sprinkling of about 2 tsp water

Mix this all up. And you have a nice nut spread.

MY TRIPLE DECKER VEG SANDWICH:
I laid out an iceberg lettuce leaf, a big slice of beef steak tomato and then some nut spread. Then on top of that I did another lettuce leaf, tomato slice and nut spread. Then one more lettuce leaf, tomato slice and nut spread. Top with lettuce leaf. Cut into 4's. Tastes really good. Enjoy!
