1 orange bell pepper
1 large beef steak tomato
2 celery stalks
Large Meyer Lemon juiced
Salt free seasoning
pepper
paprika
Blend the bell pepper, tomato, and celery stalks in a blender. Add the above seasonings to your liking or even add additional seasonings if you prefer. Serve some of this over a mixed green salad with grated carrots and organic cucumber slices with their peels on and quartered. Tastes really good for a no fat/no salt salad. :-)
